Skaters are to arrive 15 minutes prior to ice time.
PreStar and StarSkate will return to their regular ice times Oct. 14.

PLEASE NOTE:
All skaters MUST have a CSA approved helmet up to and including CanSkate Stage 5.
Coaches strongly recommend skates that provide proper ankle support (see below).
Skaters should dress warmly as it can be quite cold in the arena. Skaters should wear mittens or gloves and layer appropriately. Try to avoid bulky clothing as it can restrict skaters' movement.
